Bengkulu, October 20, 2025– The Master’s Program in English Language Education (MPBIng), Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP), Universitas Bengkulu proudly congratulates Dharma Lufita, S.Kom, on her official appointment as a Government Employee under Contract (Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kerja / P3K) at Universitas Bengkulu.
Ms. Dharma Lufita has long been an integral part of the MPBIng administrative team, demonstrating exceptional professionalism, precision, and dedication in managing academic services and supporting postgraduate administrative operations. Her steadfast commitment and contribution have greatly enhanced the efficiency and quality of the program’s services to students, lecturers, and external partners.
Her appointment as a P3K employee not only recognizes her personal achievements but also reflects Universitas Bengkulu’s ongoing efforts to strengthen human resource quality within its academic environment.
