To successfully complete the Master’s Degree in English Language Education, students must go through a structured academic process consisting of three main stages: Proposal Seminar, Research Results Seminar, and Thesis Defense. Each stage is designed to evaluate different aspects of students’ academic readiness — from research planning and data presentation to final thesis defense — ensuring that every graduate meets the university’s academic and publication standards.
All students are strongly advised to prepare each requirement carefully and consult regularly with their supervisors to ensure smooth progression and timely completion of their study.
Proposal Seminar Requirements:
Before conducting research, students are required to present their research plan in a Proposal Seminar. This stage aims to assess the feasibility, originality, and methodological soundness of the proposed study. Students must demonstrate a clear understanding of their research objectives, design, and expected outcomes. The following documents must be prepared and submitted prior to scheduling the seminar:

Approval page signed by both supervisors and the Coordinator of the Study Program.

Submit 4 printed copies of the proposal draft (tape binding).

Submit 4 printed copies of the presentation slides (maximum 15 slides).

The examination schedule will be arranged only after all documents are complete.
