Regular Students

As a prospective student applying for the Postgraduate Program in English Language Education at FKIP UNIB, please register online using the provided Google Form link. Additionally, during office hours, submit printed copies of your application documents to the administrative staff on the 2nd floor of the FKIP UNIB learning laboratory building. You can download the necessary forms using the following link. Before filling out the form, ensure you have prepared the required documents in PDF format.

Requirement Documents:

  1. ID Card (KTP/Passport)
  2. The latest Color Photo (full face without glasses/hats/ accessories
  3. Bachelor’s Degree Certificate
  4. Bachelor’s Degree Transcript
  5. English Proficiency Certificate
  6. Letter of Recommendation
  7. Letter of Commitment
  8. Assignment Letter/permission (if any, for the employee)
  9. Proof of Registration payment*

*Please be informed that the registration fee is Rp. 500,000. Payments can be made through BNI 46 or Bank Mandiri, and it is essential to include the prospective student’s name on the proof of payment. For security reasons, we recommend making the payment in person at a bank teller. Please note that the registration fee is non-refundable once paid.
