Bengkulu, 10 April 2025—The Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) at Universitas Bengkulu has officially announced the launch of a remote legalization service for alumni documents, such as diplomas and academic transcripts. This new service aims to improve accessibility and efficiency for alumni who require legalized copies of their academic credentials.
According to Circular Letter No. 2736/UN30.7/HM/2025 dated 10 April 2025, the legalization process can now be completed online through a remote system. The official notice, addressed to Heads of Departments and Coordinators of Undergraduate, Master’s, and Doctoral Study Programs at FKIP, instructs academic leaders to inform students and alumni about the new procedure.
The letter, signed by Dr. Abdul Rahman, M.Pd., Dean of FKIP Universitas Bengkulu, includes a QR code that directs users to the official guidelines for the e-legalization process.
“With this remote service, we hope to simplify the process for our alumni, especially those who live outside Bengkulu or abroad,” stated Dr. Rahman. He also expressed appreciation for the cooperation of all parties in supporting the implementation of this service.
The new e-legalization system marks a significant step in digitalizing academic services at Universitas Bengkulu, aligning with the institution’s broader goals of modernization and increased service accessibility.
