Bengkulu, March 19, 2025 – Universitas Bengkulu has issued a new circular regarding the determination of graduation honors (dengan pujian) for faculty-level yudisium. The circular, numbered 523/UN30/EP/2025, outlines the specific criteria students must meet to be eligible for honors upon graduation.
According to the regulation based on Rector’s Decree No. 10 of 2024, dated December 27, 2024, the following key requirements apply:

Minimum Grade Point Average (GPA):
- Diploma Program: 3.51 – 4.00
- Bachelor’s and Applied Bachelor’s Programs: 3.51 – 4.00
- Master’s and Applied Master’s Programs: 3.76 – 4.00
- Doctoral and Applied Doctoral Programs: 3.76 – 4.00

Maximum Study Duration:
- Diploma: 6 semesters
- Bachelor’s and Applied Bachelor’s: 8 semesters
- Master’s and Applied Master’s: 3 semesters
- Doctoral and Applied Doctoral: 6 semesters
- Students must not have repeated a semester beyond the regular curriculum period.

Academic and Conduct Requirements:
- Completion of all compulsory education courses with a minimum grade of B.
- There is no history of violations against internal university regulations or national laws.

Scientific Publication Requirement:
- Master’s and Applied Master’s students: At least two scientific publications in nationally accredited journals (Sinta 2).
- Doctoral and Applied Doctoral students: At least one publication in an internationally reputed journal indexed in Scopus or WoS.
The university emphasizes that all faculties must ensure graduating students in June 2025 meet these new academic and publication requirements.
