On February 15, 2025, the Postgraduate Program of English Language Education at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) of Universitas Bengkulu (UNIB) hosted a successful hybrid alumni meeting. The 90-minute session brought together graduates of the Master’s Program in English Language Education (MPBIng) to reconnect, discuss networking opportunities, and explore career prospects.
The meeting agenda comprised three primary topics: reconnecting with old peers, establishing an alumni organization structure, and sharing experiences related to networking and career development. The discussion aimed to strengthen the bonds among alumni, create a platform for professional exchange, and develop a structured alumni association that would aid graduates in their academic and career pursuits.
The hybrid format of the gathering allowed alumni to participate both in person and online via Zoom, enhancing accessibility for those in varying locations. This format facilitated meaningful interactions and engaging discussions, highlighting the significance of alumni involvement in both academic and professional growth.
